FAQ’s

  • Yes. Every participant receives custom workouts and a personalized meal plan based on their current fitness level, experience, goals, and limitations, so beginners and experienced lifters are both fully supported.

  • Absolutely not! You can join from anywhere in the world! SickFit6 challenges are run completely online through the app, Zoom calls, and our private community on Facebook. We consistently have participants joining from all over the U.S. and internationally!

  • No you do not. Workouts are customized based on the equipment you have access to, whether that’s a full gym, a home setup, or minimal equipment.

  • Before the challenge starts, you’ll complete an intake form so workouts can be tailored to your goals, fitness level, schedule, and equipment access. Your workouts are then delivered directly to your personalized app.

  • The number of days you will be working out depends on your schedule and your goals. Everything is personalized. Expect anywhere from 3-5 workouts each week.

  • Most workouts take 45–60 minutes. This challenge is structured to fit into busy schedules while delivering amazing results.

  • Yes. Every participant receives a custom meal plan based on their goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Calories and macros are set specifically for you, with flexibility built in so it’s sustainable.

  • You earn points by completing workouts, activities, mini challenges, and staying engaged in the community. Points are tracked on a leaderboard, with weekly winners and a grand prize winner at the end of the 6 weeks.

  • You’ll have direct coaching support, weekly Zoom calls with the SickFitness community, daily accountability inside the private Facebook group, and ongoing guidance to keep you on track.

  • The challenge begins Monday, January 12th, and enrollment closes Friday, January 9th. Once sign-ups close, no additional spots will be added.

  • Each week, participants can earn prizes such as gift cards, SickFitness apparel and merch, and other giveaways by earning points through completing daily workouts, tasks, and mini challenges. At the end of the challenge, one grand prize winner will receive a $100 Amazon gift card, a $50 restaurant-of-choice gift card, and a $50 credit to the SickFitness shop.
