SickFitness All-Star Summer Camp at Lake Forrest Prep is a high-energy program for kids ages 2 through 5th grade. Each session includes obstacle courses, team competitions, sports, and age-appropriate training designed to build strength, confidence, coordination, and character. Led by Coach Ryan, this 8-week camp keeps kids active, engaged, and having fun in a structured environment.
