Success is not about what you build. It’s about who you become.

This week, I wanted to switch gears.
Instead of diving into workouts, macros, or strategies for hitting your next personal record,
I want to talk about something that has been on my heart lately.
Something deeper.
Something real.
Something that is been shaping the way I think about success, growth, and who we are becoming.
Success is not about what you build. It’s about who you become.
You can spend your whole life climbing the ladder, only to realize it was leaning against the wrong wall.
That is the danger of chasing achievement without alignment.
Without purpose.
Without identity rooted in something deeper.
We live in a world obsessed with status, followers, money, and milestones.
But true success, lasting success, is not found in what you achieve externally.
It is found in the quiet, internal work.
Becoming the person God designed you to be.
That starts with evaluation.
Being brutally honest about where you are.
Not where you pretend to be.
Not where others think you are.
But where you really are.
Then comes elimination.
Letting go of what is holding you back. Your past failures, your old stories, even your former wins.
Sometimes what got you here will not get you there.
You have to make room for what is next.
Then comes concentration.
Focusing forward.
Chasing what will still matter 10, 20, 50 years from now.
Eternal impact. Legacy. Character.
So let me ask you something.
What’s one thing you need to let go of to grow into the person God is calling you to be?
If you’re ready to step into that next level, physically and mentally, join my new 6-week challenge.
