This camp is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC for ALL boys and girls ages 4β10 who live in Central Florida! Activities are designed to be fun, engaging, and age-appropriate for all campers.

Campers will enjoy games, relay races, obstacle courses, sports, fitness challenges, nutrition activities, team competitions, water games, and much more throughout the week.

Yes! Each day includes Water Wars Showdown, featuring exciting water games, team challenges, and splash-filled fun. Campers should wear clothing that can get wet and bring a towel.

The safety of our campers is our top priority. Frequent water breaks will be provided throughout the day, and campers will transition indoors for snack time, nutrition activities, and cooling periods.

Athletic clothing that can get wet
A healthy snack
A refillable water bottle
A towel
Closed-toe athletic shoes
We also highly recommend applying sunscreen before arriving each morning.

Not at all! This camp is designed for children of all fitness and athletic ability levels. Our goal is to help every child have fun, stay active, build confidence, and make new friends.

Yes spots are limited! To ensure every camper receives plenty of attention, interaction, and coaching, space is limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once camp is full, registration will close. Last day to register is Friday, 6/26 if spots remain open.

A full refund will be provided for cancellations made on or before June 24, 2026. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued after June 24 due to camp planning and the number of spots available.

The camp is led by Ryan Sick, founder of SickFitness. Coach Ryan has over 20 years of experience working with children, athletes, and families, and has partnered with more than 50 public and private schools throughout Central Florida.
