The SickFitness Spring Break Program at Tuskawilla Middle School is an action-packed, high-energy camp for 6th–8th grade boys and girls who want to move, compete, and have fun!


March 16th–20th | 9am–12pm

Bodyweight strength training designed to safely build total-body strength, explosiveness, and athletic power.

Fast-paced obstacle courses and relay races that improve agility, coordination, and full-body athleticism.

High-energy team battles that develop communication, accountability, and competitive drive.

Structured team sports and competitive games that keep kids active, engaged, and having fun.

9:00–9:20 AM | Check-in & Warmup

• Sign-in

9:20–10:05 AM | athletic development

• Ladder and hurdle drills
• Sprint technique and acceleration drills
• Partner reaction and quickness challenges
• Total-body strength circuits
• Core stability and explosive movements
• Power and strength development


10:05-10:25 AM | leadership coaching

• Snack break - (Please bring healthy snack)
• Leadership and character development
• Group discussion and daily challenge


10:25-11:15 AM | challenges & competitions

• Timed personal skill challenges
• Strength or agility benchmarks
• Confidence-building performance tests
• Relay races and competitive team circuits
• Strategy-based group challenges
• High-energy competitive battles


11:15-11:45 AM | sports & games

• Structured team sports rotation
• Football, handball, ultimate frisbee, etc.
• Competitive game play
• Capture the flag, steal the sticks, etc.
• Coaching on sportsmanship and teamwork


11:45-12:00 pm | cooldown & stretch

• Guided static stretching
• Breathing and recovery work
• Daily recognition and announcements

CAMP Questions

  • This camp is designed specifically for 6th–8th grade students.

  • Yes. This program is open to both boys and girls in 6th–8th grade.

  • No! As long as your child is a 6-8th grade boy or girl, they can join!

  • Absolutely not. All levels are welcome — beginners and experienced athletes . Every activity is structured and scalable to meet each child where they are.

  • • Water bottle
    • Towel
    • Healthy snack (protein bar, fruit, yogurt, or trail mix)
    • Athletic shoes

  • Students will meet at the large grass P.E. fields at Tuskawilla Middle School.

  • Drop-off begins at 9:00 AM and pickup is promptly at 12:00 PM each day.

  • The final day to register for the Spring Break Camp is Friday, March 13th.

  • If you choose to withdraw your child before Friday, March 13th, you will receive a full refund. After that date, refunds will not be issued.
