    Signature programs, on the other hand, are high-level, pre-built training systems designed for specific goals like fat loss, muscle building, or athletic performance. Theyโ€™re professionally structured, immediately available for purchase, and ready for you to start today. Perfect if you want proven results without waiting.

  • We donโ€™t do cookie-cutter. Every program is built with intention โ€” backed by science, proven through results, and designed for real people with real lives. From personalized coaching to sport-specific training, SickFitness is about more than workouts. Itโ€™s a movement built on purpose, performance, and progress.

    What truly sets us apart is the complete fitness experience delivered inside your own personalized dashboard. You'll get exercise video demonstrations, written descriptions, a structured weekly calendar, smart watch integration, and built-in progress tracking โ€” all designed to keep you focused, accountable, and moving forward.

  • The Burn & Tone at Home, Iron Core, and Shred & Sculpt programs are excellent starting points for beginners โ€” and powerful tools for anyone ready to level up their training. Each program is designed with structure, guidance, and progressive intensity to help you build confidence, consistency, and results from day one.

  • For the Iron Core and Burn & Tone at Home programs, you do not need a gym membership. These programs are designed for at-home or outdoor workouts and only require minimal equipment, which is listed on each programโ€™s page.

    All other signature programs do require access to basic gym equipment to ensure you get the most from your training.

    For 1:1 coaching, no gym membership is required. Iโ€™ll design a fully customized program based on your specific goals and whatever equipment you have access to โ€” whether thatโ€™s at home, the gym, or a combination of both.

  • All programs are delivered through our user-friendly app, where youโ€™ll find video demonstrations, written descriptions, a full weekly workout calendar, progress tracking tools, and the ability to sync your smart watch โ€” all in one place.

  • Our 1:1 coaching dives deep into nutrition. Youโ€™ll receive a fully customized meal plan tailored to your goals, complete with macro calculations, an itemized grocery list, grab-and-go meal options, meal prep guidance, and strategies for dining out. Your plan is updated every two weeks based on your progress to ensure consistent results.

    Signature programs do not include nutrition guidance and are focused exclusively on training. For a fully integrated fitness and nutrition experience, 1:1 coaching is the way to go.

  • All of our standard signature programs run for 6 weeks. The FootGolf Training Program and Athlete Engine program are designed as 8-week training cycles to support enhanced performance and sport-specific development.
