CAMP Questions

This camp is for Lake Forrest Prep students, ages 2 years old (who have completed primary) through 5th grade. Each group is separated by age to ensure everything is fun, safe, and developmentally appropriate.

Each session is high-energy and structured to keep kids engaged from start to finish. They’ll participate in individual challenges, team competitions, obstacle courses, sports, games, and age-appropriate training. All designed to build confidence, coordination, and character.

Each age group will be personally escorted to and from the sports field for every session. Your child will always be accounted for and guided throughout the entire experience.

Kids are grouped by age:
K–5th Grade
3–4 Year Olds
2 Year Olds (finished primary)
Each group follows a structured session tailored to their level so they can safely participate and have a great time.

There is a clear structure to every session. While the kids are having fun, they are also developing strength, coordination, teamwork, and confidence through guided activities and challenges.

Kids should wear comfortable athletic clothes and sneakers. A water bottle is recommended to stay hydrated during activities.

Absolutely. This program is designed for all experience levels. Every activity is scalable, so each child can participate, improve, and feel successful.

Yes. Each group is capped to maintain a high-quality experience, proper supervision, and an organized flow. Once spots are filled, registration will close. Final day to register is Sunday, May 31st if spots are still available.

If you choose to withdraw your child before Monday, May 25th, you will receive a full refund. After that date, refunds will not be issued.

The camp is led by Coach Ryan, founder of SickFitness, with 20+ years of experience working with kids of all ages in both school and athletic settings. The focus is always on creating a positive, high-energy environment where kids can grow and have fun.
